Petite shopping!

I like to shop when I have the time and resources! I'm shorter than average, so I shop at retailers who carry petite size fashions. Ann Taylor is one of my favorites! Recently I came across a few blogs and websites about petite fasion and found there are many retailers that carry petite sizes on- line, but not in their physical shop. I knew about Lands End and Eddie Bauer, but take a look at some of the other ones. I still prefer to go out shopping, but there certainly are more options on-line. (Today two of the blogs are about lingerie, but that is not the norm! Ha!)

Petite Resources...This site just list many/all places that carry petite sizes. You can look up retailers by brand, store, price, item etc..

Oh I wish I could help with the resources for classy and appropriate clothes for 9 yr olds. That has to be tough. I hope you get some suggestions because will be interested. Young girls clothes at that age often seem too adult or too baby-ish. MJ has a tween line that is marketed toward that age but I am sure it is not the stlye for everyone

Hey Tamara! Thanks for dropping me a comment. I am petite too! One more thing we have in common...lol! So far I love CT5K, I am in awe that you completed a triathalon, wow! As far as school, yeah-I am really unsure about the hybrid thing. It was great at first and I do love having some down time, but it has made us very 'schooly' around here and I feel like the joy and ease is being drained out of our home education. Thanks again for commenting and i am putting you on my reader and I'll be checking back in!

I agree that shopping is one of those necessary evil things and 3 peanut's comment that buying for nine year olds has got to be difficult. Not looking forward to it. Style is hard for me and certainly don't expect to be good at imposing my lack of it on child/ren. Good luck with the petite shopping! See you soon, L
